how the fuck do i change a lock in the door?
any good euro companies selling the locks that i can trust?
from what i've been able to disassembly, this thing has these huge blocking pins locking the door and the inside mechanism so i guess it's just the inside i need to change if the lock won't open with a key

You buy pin replacement sets that match your lockset

Or most people just replace the whole handle and deadbolt

For a euro type lock you need to find the screw holding the lock assembly (on the plate the bolt protrudes from, undo the screw, pull out the lock, put new one in, screw it in, done. There is literally no standard lock that would be 100% trustworthy, but few good things that make it hard to fuck with would be a complete stainless construction (harder to drill out), high pin count (6 or 7) and serrated or mushroom pins, preferably a mix of those (makes it a bitch to pick on site).

Why don't you post a photo of your actual lock instead of some dumb fucking photo you found online?

I assume a hardware store, or a locksmith, could do it. If you were unsure that is.

In the US most hardware stores can change the core for you, and make the new keys up match. No matter where you live, a locksmith can do that for you as well.

What's the reason you want to change it? Break in, or new dwelling?

actually you don't want just stainless, you want stainless with HSS or carbide rods running trough it. Multiple locks have that nowadays and they are a pain to drill.

Euro locks are easy to replace, unlock and open the door and leave the key in the lock, remove the big fat screw in the middle of the side that faces the frame.
Then take the key and slowly turn it about 45° while gently pulling, at one point the cam will be flush with the lock and it will just slide out.

Then just slide the new one in, test if it opens and closes, then screw it in place.

A 2 minute job.
