Make sure you berate whomever you ask for help. Tell the employee you've bought that item there many times from that very store and you just don't remember which aisle. Order the employee to "check the back". Demand to see a manager. I do not know what they are called, but what they are used for. Either to decrease the inside for inserting plastic inserts OR to help increase stiffness for structural support. probably not needed but I cannot tell from your pics.
