Hello /diy/ - I have a brick house with drips of white paint all over the front - the paint drips are oil based, ive tried using dabs of paint thinner, mineral spirits, muriatic acid - and tried mechanical removal with a wire brush and my power washer with little to no success - any pointers / tips are appreciated. I'm afraid of damaging the brick / mortar if i use a power washer or wire brush.. but not opposed to doing so if its my only option. thanks!

You want to use a paint stripper that's formulated for graffiti.
Franmar / Blue Bear makes a onions bean based non-caustic graffiti remover.

>let it sit and work in
>use a BRASS brush work the spot out

Used to use this stuff to get paint and stain out of concrete. careful with it, don't get it on your skin. Soap and water to rinse off after.
