okay /diy/ I need your help please!!!
I'm not getting enough hours/money at work and it's damn near impossible to find any other jobs where I'm at right now.
my next plan of action is to sell things, preferably things I can make for cheap that will generate some sort of profit
right now I'm attempting to sell some of my paintings and these little bracelets I make
what else could I make that is in right now and that would sell well
pic related - it's some of the bracelets I've made
THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP!!!! :)

and bump again
I mean honestly so far my best idea is for me to just wait till Halloween comes around and grow pumpkins in the mean time :/ unfortunately I need the money a bit sooner than that

Jeeze that was constructive
I'm asking for ideas not for people to post useless sickness answers

It was constructive, those are really fucking ugly and no one in their right mind would buy them, you cannot supplement your income selling shit a 5 year old could make. And what did you use to make them, because it looks like string and that would be retarded.

If you want to make bracelets make something fashionable that people would actually wear, listen to previous anon that told you to use proper beads, plastic looks horrendous.

Just stop posting on my thread if you're gonna be such a condescending dick. People have already bought those ones. Clearly not everyone thinks they're ugly. And I'm looking for NEW ideas. So unless you have some, gtfo.

joking ... right?

>> No.180639

Here's a thought: how many of these do you need to sell? if you make a profit of $5-10 per sale, you'd have to sell 20 for $100-200. Think about that; you'd have to make 20 of these bracelets just to have a small side income. If it takes a lot of time, or it could be easily done in China, avoid it as a source of income. There are better ways to make money on the side.

Waah someone is condescending.
How about this: find better materials. Also, learn to take pictures which make your trinkets look good.

No. They're bracelets I made for someone who specifically asked for those designs. Once again do you have any new ideas?

>> No.180645

Haha no. How many people have bought those ones? Clearly not enough to supplement your income or you wouldn't need help. Those are terrible, selling jewelry is all very well and you COULD make money if you see what actually sells in stores.

Even though you sound like a total retard I will give you some ideas because maybe you'll stop being a prick then.

If you are selling stuff in a yard sale type setting, you could bake stuff. The markup on anything food related is ridiculous and even if you are totally inept in the kitchen, you could make something like brownies or cookies out of one of those huge Toll House cookie dough vats and sell them for like 500% of your costs; if you are decent at cooking you could make cupcakes, decorate them nicely and you can easily charge $3 a pop and be golden.

If you are selling stuff on the internet, you need to find yourself a niche and cater for a certain type of people, the weirder the niche the more expensive you can make your stuff. Fanboys will pay an arm and a leg for shit related to their hobbies even if it's absolute crap which it probably will be coming from someone with no taste like yourself.

>> No.180644

Whatever just forget about it. Clearly no one has any ideas.

Take a load of this nigger.
>my low-paying job sucks ass, needz monniez!!
>what do

You have a shitty job for an obvious reason.

Also, those are fucking horrible. You have no taste, no skills and no brain. Fuck off to some other board. We're not your business consultancy.

I'm off.
