Did you make an autistic bath tub?

I made a thing because I live in an RV and don't have a proper septic situation. Use the macerator to chop the solids down to 1/8th inch then goes into the little tank.

If I don't feel like pumping out the little tank into the big tank, I load the whole assembly into my truck and drive it over to a friend's house and pump it into their sewer/septic.

I even have the option to run it through the P-trap on their toilet, but that's like... Really weird.

"hey friend, lemme run this shit hose into your house, over your nice carpet, up your stairs, rub it against your walls and finally into your toilet. I'll flush when I'm done, don't worry I brought my own sani-wipes"

The light box, way more useful than I ever expected it to be. It’’s perfect for doing brake jobs and shit, runs off battery or the 120V cable box adapter.

I want to rebuild it using a 12V lithium power tool battery. Or figure out a way to make the 120V input also charge the battery since it made the AC-DC adapter start glowing when I tried to parallel everything up. I could probably just stick a $10 HF trickle charger in there too.

Not doing the starter on the neighbor’s boat was also a great /DIY/ moment for me.

Brush killer blades I made fit on a walk behind string trimmer. The weeds I was trying to cut with it were killing the trimmer line in short order, so I got fed up with swapping it out all the time and figured out a way to mount these blades. Also ended up putting some bigger/wider pneumatic tires on the rear of it so it is easier to push over rough terrain now.

Fill up a 30 gallon trash can with them (outside of course) and when the bag gets full I just take them into town and chuck them into the dumpsters behind the local Loaf N Jug. Damn things won't burn worth a shit with the rest of the trash in our burn barrels.

Not dragging a 30ft trailer across town, parking in the street for an hour and making a huge scene, or dragging the 30ft trailer to the rest stop that has a free solid waste dump. Easier to grind it into the 30gal barrel, truck it to a waste facility and open a ball valve and let it drain out.
I just picked up a 250gal IBC tote. My local septic company will empty it for $315+tax ($330 total). Instead of having the same company come out weekly at $55 ($7 a day), I have them come out once every four months at the cost of $2.75 a day.

But I like the idea of draining into a friend's septic, it's free. The only problem is the way I have the whole assembly set up is I have to fill the barrel while on the ground then get the full think up into the bed of my truck. Deadlifting 240lbs+ off the ground. I have ramps and a dolly, so it shouldn't be that hard.

Have a plan in place and a hobby that doesn't trigger me finally. Actually it's pretty calming and exactly what I have needed for a long time. Drilling a natural gas / oil well with cash. If and when it comes in I'll go get a llc and draw up a business plan. I'll go get a loan and use all of the gas/oil it makes to install and plum the other $40,000 to run electric , lead lines, gas storage, build a tank battery, and set the jack. Going to also run a natural gas generator to live comfy as fuck of grid with better water than normal people, free electricity, and free gas to my house. Once that is paid up a little anything over payments and repairs that shouldn't be needed for at least 5 years. Will go towards payments into another loan. Basically a large shop with a hard packed rock floor in lue of cement so i can build 3-4 times the square footage for the price of a concrete floor. There the south facing part of the room will be polycarbonate greenhouse sheets over the frame and the rest metal. I'm building a big indoor fish farm. I'll be using the space next to the fish farm for a starter citrus and fruit tree orchard and family garden. I happen to live 2 fucking miles from one of the largest floral warehouses on earth. We live in Oklahoma so i won't make a dime trying to do battle with them. Plus i see them a lot in my day job. I had woodshop in highschool with the owner and if I'm not direct competition with him he will likely advise me on how to set it all up the most economically way possible. Dude's a litteral genious. And i am pretty sure they are about to just grow weed. Then i can grow anything and probably get all of the gear i need for pennies on the dollar.

If things pan out well and i get a steady stream of buyers the I'll open up a youtube channel about it and hopefully between online sales, youtube bucks, advertisement, and reputation i could open up another bigger shop with a cement floor and just go ham.

Sry blogpost

I have that 4A Viking charger from HF, I actually put the little ring terminals on the battery after learning the power supply wouldn’t work. But also that lead acid battery is shot and the “smart” charger gives an error message if the battery is below 12.0V, so it’s a pain in the ass.

If I redid it properly with a fresh battery, I could do what you were saying and get rid of the 12VDC adapter, also maybe cut proper wood.

It was confusing because I had a few different examples I was thinking of when I was at Home Depot, so I got one 2x10 and 3 2x6’s. I was originally going to do the sides with two 2x6’s and the 2x10 for the shelves, but then I saw this pic >>1745813 and wanted to go with that design. If it was all 2x10s, I could’ve hung the shelf over like an inch or two and left a little more meat cutting out the full triangle.

The lady in the paint and stain section knew absolutely nothing about exterior stuff, so I just grabbed pic related and we coated it with that. Next weekend we’re going to grab some acrylic paints (her sister is a good artist but a complete cunt, I sort of want to ask her to paint something) or maybe some spraypaint and print out some stencils of flowers or whatever because the girl likes it. I kind of regret not getting a stain, but I thought the thing would look like shit and we might need to paint the whole thing to cover up the imperfections.

Yea you usually need a pretty wide board for the “sides” aka “stringers”. But my point was that you could use some blocks to set your “shelves” or steps on and you wouldn’t have to cut any triangles out. I don’t have much experience with staining but I have a good buddy at Home Depot and he recommended these 3 products for staining exterior wood.pic related. Also with the imperfections in your wood I think a stain would bring out that character more than a simple paint over.

I also made a Minecraft sword as a Christmas gift. This turned out to be a tremendous bitch because I decided to make it out of 92 individual cubes held together with roughly 10 billion dowels. It was certainly a learning experience.

I once threw away a piece of denim that I had for 15 years. It was just in a drawer for no reason.

Guess what the fuck I bought that day. Can you guess? A piece of denim to make a bag to hold my God damn cold chisels.

Shit I heard somewhere that it was, but after googling it, it appears that you are right...

Its still the best place for me to store my refrigerant anyhow for the time being. If I ever need any more room in the flammable cabinet I will pull it out and put it on a shelf to make room for other stuff.

Thanks for the heads up Anon.

Here’s how she looks, finally got the things off the damn patio so I could test out the pressure washer.

I need to replant some stuff, got a couple baby plants that are somehow surviving, and I have no fucking idea what to do with the 4ft tall royal poinciana sitting there, it’s like 2.5yrs old now and I keep stunting it in that pot.

Yeah I figured a guy could make and sell them if I ever needed some extra beer money. That's also partly why I painted and kept the jig and labeled it with the proper angles for the leg cuts.

Thanks Anon! It turned out pretty decent and makes me feel better having combustibles in a tight closing cabinet away from sparks and other ignition sources!

First post on this board, this place seems pretty wholesome.

It's only my best because it was for my grandparents and I ended up wiring it for electric.

Rail and retaining wall. Criticism welcome.
