That picture is from Alaska in the summer. You still want to be able to get to it when the snows come.

Eh, simple one. I've been driving around with this vacuum line to the pcv valve plugged for a month or 2 when it left me sit at a gas station. Could not find my plug, but found some rubber hose and vice grips in the back of my car.

motion detector light from Defiant. There is one main screw that holds the lights to the base, and the screw is about 80mm, when it needs to be like 85mm. the clamshell only fits together when nothing is installed. Once you attach the ground wire, the bolt is too high and while the clamshell can close, the screw is just a hair short. So I fixed that. Then I thought it was the black/white wire. So drilled a hole in the base to route those. Still nothing. cut down internal plastic posts. still too short. Just the act of screwing the base to the wall flexes the center enough. Can't find a 3.5in m4 screw, so I get a 8/32 extender, and just jam all that shit together. The 8/32 screw is loose in the m4 nut, so I wrapped it with some copper foil from a guitar project.

Finally gathered up enough trash to test out a hydrogen generator. Didn't bother to seperate the hydrogen from the oxygen yet. Found some goofy looking scraper things at the dollar tree in the cooking utensils section. Looks like a 3/4" stainless pipe with a rectangle coming off of it and a 6" ruler marked on it. No idea wtf they are for. Took my dads chop saw to it and cut 10 relatively even 3"x4" rectangle plates and cut the round ends off. The fucking stainless work hardens and i got tired of dicking with it trying to bolt them solid. Used pliers and autism to just bend a scrap piece of the pipe end. One open and one closed in. Used hot glue to throw them together without touching and clipped it to a 12v 12ah battery. The fucking battery got hot in a hurry and the solution i used (tap water with a little baking soda and salt) turned black almost instantly.

Getting needle valves and mig welder tips to coble together a hydrogen torch over the weekend.
