Hey guys. Did my due diligence but not coming up with an answer save buying 40 shekel drill bits.
I simply want to anchor shelf brackets on an exterior stucco wall. I would also be intrigued to find that I can make stucco "blobs" and adhere them to the existing wall. Seems like a great way to display oodles of succulents. So how do I stick shit to stucco and/or anchor brackets for exterior shelving. Thanks in advance.

Good timing! They are having a 4th of July sale!

BTW when he says 1 jab he means one hole per drill bit. Plan a head!

Was really hoping harbor freight wasn't the answer but it's the answer. Mostly because >>1642160 I'm going to need a few of these sets just to hang a couple shelves.

you have to be careful with stucco as there are a few different ways that it can be constructed.

Sometimes its just a skim coat overtop of densglass (basically water proof drywall), with a wire mesh membrane to hold the stucco together.

other times they apply 2" styrofoam board then coat that with the wiremesh bullshit.

there might be other ways they installed it that I'm not aware of if the building is really old

Countersink a drywall molly into the fucking stucco, attach anchor to said molly, if that's not working use a damn toggle anchor, for fucks sake, and a bit shouldn't cost 40 fucking bucks and you dont use a masonry bit for stucco or drywall. Use just a regular wood/spur bit, probably just an 1/8th(3.175mm for you metricfags) inch bit.
