In that pic the gas supply pipe to the boiler is glowing red hot, presumably because it's the only functioning ground in the house and there's an electrical fault that didn't trip the breaker for some reason.

An alternative explanation is that that the boiler was installed by a fucking moron who accidentally wired the boiler's neutral to the pipe instead of the ground, and the pipe isn't connected to the ground circuit for the rest of the house.

Concentrate more on keeping the blade level to the cut groove so it won't bend = blade shatter likely esp. with the thinnest cutting discs.

Also the sleeve thing in the bottom of the meme thats around the "bristly" wire, isn't there risk that the wire will slip out of the sleeve? Or is it just to keep the bristles bunched up together so they can be pinned down be the screw in white plastic connector thing?

If you have to use wago connectors in your home wiring you're either an idiot and made a mistake when pulling wires or you're an idiot who can't do proper wiring at all. Plugs are made to daisychain and a proper classical lighting setup shouldn't need it and when doing domotics you should just pull all your buttons to the your cabinet.
