At much grandmas, how do I take this union coupling off, it’s leaking pretty bad.

If it's a version of SharkBite they make a special tool, but I've seen people push the pipes in (actually slam them in) and make it release. in either case it needs to be replaced. An alternative is to cut both pipes and buy couplings and a piece of pipe and solder it all back.

In other words, call a plumber. Shouldn't be more than $200 on a weekday.

Push in real hard on the dark grey part in the end and pull on the pipe. If it's been in there a while, you may have to use something to put force on it. I usually just use a wrench just big enough to fit over the hose/pipe.

For small ones on copper or plastic lines you just need an open-ended socket wrench that's the same gap size as the tubing. You just have to push the release ring and pull the tubing out of the connector.

This isn’t OP, it turned out to be a non serviceable filter. Just put a different coupling on. Thx friends
