So I’ve been building soft, miniature blades out of rulers (unusable as wespons, just for looks), and I have found that I’m having a problem while trying to fix parts together: Some white s*it appears between layers. I don’t want it there, but I don’t know what tipe of adhesive I have to use. I currently use superglue, and the plastic involved is generic ruler plastic
Pic related, is the white stuff inside the build

That white stuff is the super glue you are using.
CA glue also know as Cyanoacrylate glue also known as superglue

When CA glue dries, fumes are produced. Those fumes can fix to water/moister. Your fingerprints and the material your body transfers to an item during handling is about 98% water.
This is why forensic people use superglue fuming to develop fingerprints on evidence items.
From your photo, there appears to be ridge detail above your thumb. Keep in mind, not all fingerprint are perfect and suitable for comparison. Many are smudges or overlaps and lack any detail as in pic related.

How to fix or prevent this?
Use less glue
Use a different glue
Wear gloves during assembly
Clean the items prior to assembly
Try to clean off the residue with acetone. However, since your knife is plastic, the acetone may also destroy the plastic.

You should use superglue in a well ventilated area. Your eyes have a lot of water too. CA glue fumes can actually glue your contact lens to your eye. google search for sauce.

A pack of expoxy is $3.75 compared to a pack of super glue $2.95.

Also why not just use regular acrylic? You can get 1x1 scraps of the stuff for a couple bucks anywhere that sells acrylic. And if you gitgud at that (which by your pic, you're pretty good at it), you might be able to sell them to make some profit. Just make sure they don't have an edge on them at all if you don't want to get in trouble for selling kiddies knives.

It would be impossible for me to tell you exactly where to go to buy scrap acrylic, but just look around for places that will cut acrylic for you. Any place that offers a service like that will have a huge bin of scraps that are unusable for their machines, but are the perfect size for doing what you do. And they would be happy to sell you some.

Acrylic is also known as Plexiglas, Crylux, Acrylite, Lucite, Perspex, and it's scientific name poly(methl methacrylate) or PMMA.

I would not buy
1. Its a toy not a real knife, therefore useless.
2. Has no use, therefore has no value

You apparently have some skills to make this, and I respect the fact you made something with your own hands. Stop wasting your talent.
So why not make a real knife?
Sell hand made custom knife on Etsy?
People like that kind of stuff.

This. Save up a little money, buy a belt sander and/or grinder, get a propane torch and some steel, and get working. Make firewood handles, use nails for pins, but try to use decent steel for the blades. Heat treatment is what will make your product something usable. Start cheap and work your way up from there. A washing machine motor with a grinding wheel on it could work, provided you can keep the wheel in place. There are knife making threads every now and then, see what you can learn.

There's always that one faggot who brings up $/h or hourly rate w/e. Just because someone makes something and sells it, doesn't mean it's their fucking job. Maybe people actually enjoy crafting stuff, and sell it at the end to recover cost so they can craft more stuff? It's not always about how much money you can make off of a damn hobby.
