Hi /diy/

I suck at drawing plans

I have 12m x 9.33m walls and can do whatever I want in it.

I would love to fit :
> 9m2 laundry room but not mandatory (I have separated garage)
> 2 bedrooms ~12m2
> 1 master suite with bathtub and ~20m2 if possible
> 1 dressing room
> 1 office (7m2 will do)
> Closed or island kitchen

Give me some new ideas please guys !
