Look at the back of your equipment. It should say somewhere how many watts it requires.
Add up the total power consumption, then use that number to figure out what type of mobile power source you need.
Cigarette lighter inverters are usually only good for a couple hundred watts. There are some larger inverters that connect directly to the battery, but you'll need to keep the vehicle running to prevent killing the battery.
