I am currently working in a silkscreen room, and am having issues with these parts, they are powder coated, so you get ones shot. Any thing will help.

Is there a question in there or is this just a statement?

Just in need of help. I can't get them to come out clean, they either have part of the border missing, or ink will bless through around the logo.

Wipe it off with a cloth 'dampened' in a compatible cleaning solvent/solution just before printing.

I don't see how that would help

Choose one you moron. Also, how the fuck are you qualified to answer questions about silk screen when you are dropping ass backward posts like this and >>1134938?

Because I thought no one up here would care about silk screen, so I just threw it together. Not thinking I would get an intelligent response.

Replace the mask.
Push the jig down on it just right. If you push too hard it will curve up around the work, if it's not on enough it won't be in contact.
The parts coming off the line might be at different heights and fucking up calibration.

Thank you

They are all minutely different, so I built a jig to hold them, from the back side of the surface that gets ink, and the differences don't matter, but I'm still having a bit of an issue getting the whole outline to come out. Part of it will be missing, and if I mess one up, it has to get blasted and repainted, because the thinner in the ink, eats the gloss off the paint.

I have some larger more complex screens, but none of those were this close to an edge all the way around

>I built a jig to hold them,

Does it look anything like this?
The top of the box should be level with the 'normal' painting surface with support around the box.
This way the squeegee won't try to wrap the screen around the box being painted.

Then why the fuck did you post? Did you feel like an idiot for fucking up your project? Did you want to feel better by appearing superior to people who are considering by the same starter kit that you just bought?
