The flow from the bottom socket looks a little low.

Looks like you let the outlet fluid go bad, most outlets have an emergency release valve. Be sure you top it off with fresh fluid before you plug anything else into it.

In my experience, we mostly get 208v elements blown up because they're lower than the leak up top, and the conduit from the control box goes right into the lower box.
