I had to wait for shipping, but I finally lined them with the coir and put the soil on top. There's a few inches of void beneath the soil where the water and roots will sit, and a tube to allow air into the void as the water drains. Next I have to plant some seeds and make some loops to hang them on in my greenhouse.
