Go find free or really cheap shit and clean it up/fix it and resell it. Use that money to buy better tools to fix more complex problems. Keep doing that until you try to fix something with really high potential energy and you make one wrong move and you end up with a metal rod in your head or lose your eyes because a battery exploded and you got shrapnel in your face because nobody told you how important it is to wear safety glasses or a face shield

all the receptacles with their ground pin naturally on the top are the best. The code here RECOMMENDS that the receptacle (North America) be placed 'upside down' with ground on the top but it is rarely ever done. It is more important to keep the plug looking like a face rather than keep the consumer/user safe
I do really like how they put the switches on the receptacles in australia though

I'm entering the final year of my Electrical Engineering Technologist program at my local college. The College I'm in offers a bridging program where I can go to a University ranked 34th in Canada for 2.5 years and get an Electrical Engineering degree.

Does anyone in the Electrical field have any suggestions for what would be the best path job-advancement wise?
