as a part time sailor i can only say: Helly Hansen sucks ass for harsh weather. I would even go so far as to accuse the company of ripping off their unsuspecting customers with sub-par craftsmanship simply because they know they have a huge market exposure and people re going to buy non the less. There are endless alternatives that offer far better quality for a similar price.
