my instructor prob thinks I'm a retard because I didn't read the lab booklet instructions about using Force command as opposed to toggling but it was pretty funny the confused look he had on his face when I explained how I was toggling through the I/O of the machine states in RSLogix

in college learning CNC operator and introductory programming, and it's cool to know that my favorite website has machinist frens too

Just started self teaching myself about PLCs, currently reading through the user manual for AB MicroLogix 1500 controller (Probably going to buy a 1764-LSP-C) Also have a copy of RSLogix 500 that a Russian fren lent me.

Is this a good start? Or am I jumping the gun? Planning on buying some more broken junk to repair (got some skillz in fixing electronics) and slap together some projects that can be used with the AB MicroLogix 1500 controller.

where is the best place to buy? do i hit up big w/kmart? or a bike shop? australian here

Another dumb fucking recurring problem is that somebody complains that the AC/Heat is to low/high and usually its because so many people fuck with the thermostats, I've installed thermostat covers to prevent people from adjusting it and they've actually ripped the fucking cover off of the wall to adjust the thermostat

and eventually the thermostat is fucked with so many times an hour that it actually causes the AC unit to shit itself
