Thoughts on these plans for building a drafting table?
I know they're sold commercially, but I want it to be height adjustable so I can sit or stand using it...

Essentially, it's a rectangular frame of 2x3s, attached to one of those adjustable height legs (I found a crank-style frame for cheap).
The tabletop is a 4x4' sheet of plywood, the corner is jointed by a piano hinge and it tilts using one of those ratchet arms. I'm not sure how thick the table top should be though...
I'm also considering the viability of making it out of Acrylic sheet. Never used it before, but it's be really useful if I could use my tabletop as a lightbox

Any feedback is appreciated.
