depends on a lot of things. outside walls can cause trouble. how far away from a water source/drain source. and the cabinetry. probably a ballpark 2-3 hours for me. but remember, i have a van full of parts that you dont, and its next to impossible to get everything on the first trip to lowe's

scale of 1-10? depends on the job. one day im trudging through sewer water or getting cigarette ashes in water from a trap dumped on me or digging a well up in freezing rain. some days im in a *spotless* mansion/house changing a water pipe.

again, the living conditions of some people would suprise you. we work for several hoarders. the tv show was suprisingly accurate. ive been in houses that didnt even have a pathway to walk. entire rooms, full of what i would refer to as trash, and the mentally stability of the people that live there relies on knowing that that trash is there, and not thrown away. i have a family member has some mental problems, and three large houses+a storage unit *full* of random shit she will never use. it really is tragic.
