there is a hole in front of the door where someone stepped out of the shower and water leaked through down to the subfloor and created a hole which I could kick through when I took the tile up.

I have had to un-bubba this entire house, i've got virtually no progress in 6 months because literally nothing is done properly down to the framing, every single window has been moved and every new window was incorrectly framed, same goes for the door. On top of that nothing is nominal so I either have to cover things with trim or rip my own boards.

All of the exterior facing drywall had to be replaced because there was an unvented gas heater heating the house and it caused condensation and water damage, the drywall looked like someone took a hose to it, and they covered it with paneling which was also warped and separating from the drywall, which made it pull away from the studs. The ceiling is cut weird and they didn't do the top corners correctly so I'm going to rescrew it all and retape it, then nail up some 1x3 for crown molding to sure it up and give it a simple rustic look, it's an old farm house on the outskirts of town so it matches well.
