same. the higher ups at the factory i work in now often come to me and asking for tools or what diameter drill bit for X, Y or Z? i always ask them:

and after two seconds hashing it out, it always turns out their idea was bullshit and wasn't going to work and probably would have damaged my tools or the parts they're working with. I'm not handing over a single tool or they'll be like:

or
