No. I had some scraps lying around and I made it up as I went along. It's basically what you see there - not much to it. The hard part, which I wasn't able to do, was to get it to sit completely level. I have to lock 3 casters for it not to move around where I should only have to lock 2 of them.

The casters I used were wider than the end of the 2x4 so I had to add some more surface area. Everything is screwed and glued together. It's been solid so far. I also wanted the base to be wider to make it more stable, if that makes sense. I'm no engineer but I imagined it would make it less likely to tip over.
