I used tinker card for like a year and have regretted it ever since switching over to fusion. Everything is quicker, cleaner, easier(once you learn the basics). Being able to change values around and having the program regenerate everything is a godsend compared to having to ungroup then change a measurement then re-align everything then group it all back up. Tinker clad is good enough if you only have projects pop up like once a month or longer, but if you’re planning to do any decent amount of mechanical modeling with some complexity to them just bite the bullet and learn now. OnShape is a good browser based start although lacking in features compared to fusion 360. Both are cloud based which is almost a dealbreaker but they get the job done
