chose none, choose wood. pic rel is a good readily available source to most people. if you are drilling into brick or solid walls, for most normal wood screws, drill a hole about 10mm wide, cut a wooden dowel about that size, slightly tapered, and hammer it in. it needs to be tight. now screw into the wood.
