Yes. Use a drill. Most plastics are very soft and easily machined or drilled, but they can also overheat and gum up bits or ruin shit. I like using a hand chuck, it's easy and comfy, I never melt anything by accident, and 3D prints are just so soft and easy to drill through it never feels like I'm losing any time doing it by hand.
