I'm looking to buy a used skid steer. What's the Mid-90s Benz equivalent of skid steers?

I plan on using it maybe a hundred hours a year for trail upkeep, tires not tracked, forklift replacement, and to build a small house. My main worries are access to cheap parts and ability to wrench on myself.
It seems anything that runs is going to be >$7000usd. Currently looking at late 90s/early 2000s Case products.
