But if you have to buy it the normal route don't bother. They are nice if you can get a random write-off or are in position to deliver it yourself.

In that case it's better to get a "module" already purpose built for your needs (e.g. with windows and wiring), or buy one of those DIY containers you can transport in plain car trailer.
