The Frog has already been mentioned in the FAQ. It solves the spurious harmonics problem but not the LO leak that is typical for simple DC transceivers. The next step could be the Rockmite (https://www.n1fd.org/?s=rockmite).).

Practically all of these pixie derivatives are not usable for serious CW operation because they are neither tunable (single frequency) nor selective enough. I'm not aware of any really good single band CW TRX other than the QCX.
