Damn that cutter and overarm look beefy.
I would start with just a cutter in the spindle though, the overarm is nice too, but I have never actually used a horizontal and my boner for horizontal boring mill type work is intense.

here's a pic of a few of my Huot boxes. Damn nice they are for cheaply organizing cutters. Still need to figure out which reamer box I want, and where to put a Silver and Deming (reduced shank drill bits) box. As I understand it most folks on /diy/ don't actually use their tools, so I'm sure no one cares, but being able to quickly and easily find the right drill bit size I want (and how many spares I have) makes it a lot more fun to do prototyping stuff. Also notice the decimal equivalent for each size is printed on the labels as well.

I have to say, clear ridge caps on the old barn make for damn nice natural lighting during the day as well.
