Look for what's selling just now and make the luxury high end handmade fair trade gluten free non binary products for that market.

A brand and logo will help.

Looking for homebrew laxatives/bowel movement aids. The fewer side-effects the better. So far, prescription aids aren't working. There are light movements but they need a serious movement. (I haven't gone into greater detail with them... but I suppose I can elaborate if needed)

The recipient is a woman nearing 50, stocky build. She is currently suffering breast cancer so things like soy are out, if those were ever on.

We've plugged the internet but we're at wit's end. Neither medications nor the usual bits seem to be going.
