I have a bathtub with these faucets. They are weird because you have to turn them inward to open, that is the hot water knob must be turned clock wise, and the cold water knob must be turned ccw (not my house, renting etc)

About half the times I take a shower the hot water knob will close itself slowly. I can see the knob actually turning on its own. My landlord doesn't really do any of the stuff I've asked for and I doubt he is going to help with this

Is there some clever way to fix this without having to hold the knob down on my own when it starts turning?
