looks like Christmas Tree Moss on the tree and ricia for the 'grass'. In order to make the ricia grow like that instead of floating you need a good C02 system, which is dangerous for the shrimp, and bright lights and good aquatic fertilizer. Looks simple but a nice tank like that is actually hard as shit to keep in that condition.
