About 100$ so far probably
>post ad on the internet
>ppl contact you to do impossible stuff
>finally someone has a reasonable request
>print
>meet up at inconvenient location
>dude is 20 minutes late
>gives you 10$
>regret doing this as it is not worth the money
>eventually forget how much it sucks
>repeat from step one
If I get serious I'll stop meeting with people and charge a 5$ post fee to avoid small orders.

>spend 12+ hours upgrading and repairing ender 3 extruder and nozzle after a horrendous clog
>everything is good to go, finishing up re-assembly and pre-print calibrations
>shiny new capricorn bowden tube wiggles loose
>the fucking gasket doesn't grab the tube anymore
>tube slides 100% free
>no replacements on hand
>can't get a new one shipped for days

MOTHER OF FUCK

>new to 3D printing
>pick up $99 Ender 3 from Microcenter
>works great for about 3 weeks
>suddenly, three prints in a row, can only print first layer before stopping, but continues moving as if it's printing
>does this on several different print files, so it's not bad gcode

And then everything went to shit. Because I cannot find clear, concise troubleshooting instructions everywhere. I found advice telling me to push the feeding tube out the bottom after removing the nozzle but none told me to heat up the hot end and remove the filament first. One told me to do that AT THE END OF THE INSTRUCTIONS.

So now my filament is stuck, and I can't find a fucking source on how to get it unstuck. I can't pus or pull any filament no matter how much I heat the hotend, and the little needle nozzle-clearing tool can't even get more than 0.5mm into the nozzle.

Why the fuck does such a big and growing hobby full of autists that customize and tweak the shit out of their machines have NOTHING FOR A SANE PERSON TO LEARN HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT?

Where the FUCK are the simple instructions on what to do when your filament is stuck in your nozzle and you can't pull the feeder tube out?
