Greetings from /ck/ all.

Looking at doing some very basic homebrewing for a University project on civilization, medicine and health. I want to make some beer to illustrate the importance of beer throughout history. I would like, if I can:

>Videos /diy/nosaurs would recommend on step by step for someone with limited /diy/ knowledge
>Your favorite recipes
>How I can improve the quality

Meads, ales, stouts and porter recipes appreciated.
