>swamp coolers
noted, gonna have to deal on big fans for now

>insulation
really? its that easy?
I got community backing to help on the labor and if it really is that easy I might have more hands than I need to complete the work

>insulation 2
how does drywall fair in 100% relative humidity? its not gonna be exposed to actual rain, but it is super humid and we sometimes have some really truly absurdly thick fog. is there an inherent benefit to drywall over plywood?(is this a very stupid question?)

>plumbing
I'd be worried about damaging the foundation if I used a sledge, is the tie-in for plumbing really that easy?
>Water line you can run through the wall instead of underground if you live in a mild climate without hard freezes.
I'd worry about hitting it with the mower if its above-ground. and we only have 1 or 2 freezes a year and it never stays that cold for longer than a couple of days(and it only snows once every 20 years)

>EXTRA QUESTIONS
how would you insulate the roof?
there is a noticeable difference in this climate so I'd really like to insulate if I possibly can.

would cooling the building be easier or more difficult if I leave the main chamber with or without a ceiling?
or is it pointless to bother with a ceiling because of the overhead doors?

how best might I utilize the rafter-spaces not set aside for the hurricane shutters?

for better ideas, tips, and assistance from the board, what images or data might I provide?
