edit: i got a PPS10 for a hundred bucks. it only has one probe though, i dont know how much you can do with that but its 10Mhz and has USB cable.

Also, check out electronic surplus stores in your neighborhood. Alot of them are going out of business and need your support. I went to one recently and they had literally hundreds of old oscopes/test equipment for <$50.
