If you already have some stuff, get a decent socket set. Gearwrench had some nice options if you catch them on sale, Amazon has good pricing. The Duralast, Pitt Pro with black and green handles, or Husky from Home Depot are decent options as well. Then get yourself a combination wrench set.

And like anon said, you will probably want flare nut wrenches for the power steering pump so you don’t round off any fittings. Hoses like that use brass or other soft metals to create a better seal, but this also makes it easy to fuck them up and round them off when using a regular open ended wrench.
