So /DIY/ I have this entire wall in my bedroom that is unused and I would like to make a shelf desk combo to take the entire thing up, any ideas on how I should go about this? I have basic carpentry skills but no power tools. I'm willing to buy a drill and circular saw for this. The following are ideas I've had

1) two desks built in (so my girlfriend and I can both use it)
2) entire wall book shelf
3) built in lighting

Hello /diy/ I plan to build a storage container house in 2-3 years. I have a little saved up and am in a position to save $700 a month or so. I plan to have 1 of the units as a kitchen, 1 as a dining hall, 1 as a living room/lounge and 2 as bedrooms (2 bedrooms per unit). there will be 1 bathroom in the dining room, 1 in the living room, and 1 in two of the bedrooms. I know I need 5 units here. Maybe a 6th as a storage shed. I'm assuming this will run me 100k after the land. I'm not sure how I would arrange them. Any ideas?
