Actually, now I have brained on it for a minute, you might be able to force it back into round internally with a pair of pliers. Stick them into the end so the jaws are on the narrowest part, then force the arms open. If its a heater return pipe it might be to narrow for bull noses, maybe some wire cutters or something narrow enough.
