Hey radio folks, my family is getting an RV with lots of rooftop, and I have been given the green light to get as crazy as i want (I told them doing the work myself, buying top shelf everything could cost over $5,000) adding 2-way radio comms to the RV. I have been digging around doing research and I have come up with a preliminary equipment list I wanted to run by you guys for your opinion.

Ranger 2970N4 12/10 Meter Radio (Some of us have technician licenses, couple generals)
President Thomas FCC CB Radio
Midland MXT500 GMRS Radio (We have GMRS licenses)
Icom M605 Marine VHF Radio (We have a boat)
Icom IC-7100 dedicated D-Star Radio
Yaesu FTM-400XDR dedicated System Fusion Radio
33cm - new to this band, looks like converted motorola commercial mobiles on ebay.
For 6 meter, 2 meter, 1.25 meter, and 70cm I need to do more research on what my best options are for power and features.
That's all the bands I found mobiles for we could use(no use for business band or LMR AFAIK)
