This is the most ghetto DIY thing I have I think. It is a drying rack made for drying....used ziplock bags after they've been washed. I've been reusing ziplock bags since 2016 and have saved something like $200 in bags.

Nothing spectacular.

I was saving up a lot of used, gallon-sized, ziploc bags. I stored them in the freezer so nothing in them would rot. When I had a lot of them I made this Styrofoam and bamboo skewer bag dryer. The bags were washed and put on it. Only one bag was thrown away and washing only took like 10 mins at most.

They cost about $8 per 20 pack here. I was doing this as an experiment to see if it was a plausible thing to do. Turns out it is. The bags are easy to wash and dry in very little time. If I can reuse them 2-4 times it will save a lot of money ($18-$32) before I have to buy a new box. If I'm careful in how I use them they may last a lot longer.
