i saw a thing on tv once about a guy who was taking the tash out, and saw what looked like money in the dumpster. he pulled it out and found that they a couple sheets of rejected us mint bills. they were rejected because something happened during the printing and the ink got smeared. I dont remember what they said it was worth, but it was a lot.
