/dyi/o's. You are looking at the nether reagions of my fathers yamaha sbg500. I love this guitar but plugging it in and use of the knobs generates static often cutting out sound to the amp so i want to replace the knobs and wiring, possibly pickups with a little more research and experimentation.

Can you guys reccommend reliable hardware? Ill be trying to draw up a schematic from the existing connections but a proffessional one would be helpful too. Tips tricks hints always welcome.
