Fuck these goddamn pieces of shit. I hate them and everyone I know hates them. Some retarded engineer who probably lives in Oregon where you're not allowed to pump your own gas designed these things because obviously he's never seen a tank being filled with gas.

Want to fit it and use it in your cars fuel door? Tough shit, that ain't happening.

Want to not let it self inflate and become a more dangerous hazard than a regular pool of gas? Tough shit, don't leave them in the sun and then go pouring it otherwise gas will shoot out of it like a firehose.

Want to simply use it for its intended purpose? Tough shit, it doesn't do that well either.

This is probably one of the worst devices to ever have been regulated and is probably responsible for millions of americans learning to hate the green movement.
