I'm doing drywall in a large 3 family house (3 apartments) built in late 1800s. Basically slapping 1/2 or 3/8 over everything because owner/landlord is too cheap to pay for demo. House is crooked as fuck, it's actually been picked up and moved 2 blocks over to where it is in the 60s I think. The new build that exists must have been done by drunk framers because some doors are crooked. I know I need a non retractable knife, but until I find a safe spot for it in the belt i wont have one.
