Whoa man chill out ;^) he was using a generic CAD program, not THE CAD program used to align teeth. He was _LITERALLY_ applying 0.15-0.3mm in the direction he though his tooth was going to move. you can't just fucking move a tooth anywhere. you first need to make space for the tooth to move, and then actually move it. which requires moving other teeth, and moving that tooth moves another, and so on. and some teeth must not move while others are moving. and you can't just move any tooth at any time. some teeth need to be moved only at certain positions above the jawbone. and what about the stability of the other teeth? you still have to eat when you're undergoing treatment. eating imparts a lot of force on your teeth.


invisalign doesn't just control the forces, it controls the timing of forces. fucking educate yourself
