I have purchased them before and found the drug packed in capsules with codes on it leading back to it being human grade. I bought a bunch for my tanks and even other ones they sell are human grade and the same caps you get in a pharmacy according to the codes on caps.

One thing I find about OP's method is everything is to tight. If there is a blockage the rubber stopper can't just pop out as there is none. The mission band and fittings do not allow the release of pressure as we know that foamy goodness might get up there. I ferment with the fruit dookie or grains in the bottles so mine gets messy and during massive foam has clogged the tube.
