I can see your point, I propably should have be more clear about myself. The whole sturcture will be under ground, on a soil which is mostly gravel, so the sinking of it etc should not be hugge problem. At the scale of this drawing, those outer walls will be 20cm thick steel reinforced concrete, and those parts that come bit out of the building, will be even lower under ground. Also, the area would have loads of ground water.
