Northeast and northwest are pretty tolerant parts of the country. I'm from Massachusetts and some of the guys I ran boilers with were gay and everyone pretty much liked them and gave them relentless good-natured shit about it. Where im forced to live now, in southern Missouri, your life would be hell and no likely pay rate would be enough to endure the complete savagery you'd encounter.
